I have developed a suite of criminal justice training based on my extensive knowledge and experience of the sector. These modules are comprehensive, up-to-date and practical. They are intended to meet the needs of experienced staff as well as those who are new to the criminal justice world.

Module 1: One-day introduction to the criminal justice system, criminal justice process, partnership agencies and the offender’s journey.

Module 2: Two-day practical approach for staff working with people who offend, or those who may come into contact with the criminal justice system. This module explores the reasons why people offend, it looks at the different needs of people who offend and how we can support them effectively to desist from crime. Informed and shaped by up-to-date evidence-based tools, models and approaches which have been found to support desistance. This module is appropriate for staff working in specialist offender services and service for people with complex needs.

Module 3: Three-day combines Modules 1 and 2 to provide a comprehensive training programme for staff working with people who have offended or who may come into contact with the criminal justice system.
